Delete Your Easy to Live Account

This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your account and personal data associated with Easy to Live.

How to request account deletion

  1. Email us at support@easytolive.net from the email address or device registered with your account.
  2. Include in your message:
    • Registered phone number (with country code)
    • Full name as registered
    • Optional: Reason for deletion
  3. We will verify your identity and confirm the deletion request by email within 48 hours.
What we delete
  • Account profile (name, phone, email)
  • Uploaded documents, photos, and videos
  • Chat messages and attachments
  • Saved preferences and bookmarks
What we may retain
  • Transactional records (payments) — retained up to 90 days for compliance
  • Security logs — retained up to 90 days to detect fraud

Processing time: Once verified, we will complete deletion within 7–30 days. If additional verification is needed, we will contact you.

Verification & privacy

To protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion, we will verify the request using the registered phone number and/or email. We do not sell your personal data. Any retained data is only for legal or security reasons and will be deleted after the retention period.
