Request Deletion of Specific Data

You may request deletion of some or all of your personal data without closing your Easy to Live account.

How to submit a data deletion request

  1. Email support@easytolive.net from your registered email/phone number.
  2. Specify which data you want deleted (choose from examples below) and include your registered phone number and account name.
  3. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 7–30 days, subject to verification.
Examples of deletable data
  • Profile details (name, contact)
  • Uploaded documents, photos, videos
  • Saved searches and bookmarks
  • Chat messages and attachments
Data we may retain
  • Payment transaction logs (kept up to 90 days for compliance)
  • Security logs (limited retention for fraud prevention)
